For me, it’s not about reaching a solution as quickly as possible. It’s about understanding the business well enough to make the right decisions along the way. That’s why I spend time learning how the business works, the challenges it faces and what it’s trying to achieve before we decide what actually makes sense.
Sometimes that leads to a new website. Other times it’s an internal system or a solution the business hadn’t even imagined at the beginning. What matters isn’t what we build. What matters is that it fits the way the business actually works.

Once we’ve worked together for a while, you don’t have to explain your business from the beginning every time. I already understand your workflows, the decisions we’ve made and the details that matter.
